  • Our team may be with clients during treatments and unable to answer calls right away. The best way to reach us is by calling and texting, if we miss your call, please send a text for a quicker response. If you’re trying to reach our Burnaby location and haven’t received a response due to high call volume, you’re welcome to text our Vancouver line at 604-365-4008 for assistance.

  • Yes! We have two locations: Vancouver and Burnaby. Availability and hours may vary by location.

  • All pricing is listed on our website under the “Book” section.

  • Consultations are included with your treatment appointment. If you’re unsure what to book, you can also book a consultation on its own without committing to a treatment.

  • Same-day availability may vary by location and schedule. Last-minute cancellations may open up spots. Please contact us to confirm current availability.

  • Yes our treatments are customized, and our devices are suitable for all Fitzpatrick skin types (1-6)

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, as appointment times are limited and reserved specifically for you.

    Appointments that are cancelled within 48 hours or marked as no-shows are subject to the following:

    • First-time clients (no packages purchased): A $50 no-show/late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

    • Returning clients with packages: The appointment may be considered used and deducted from your package.

    If a cancellation or no-show fee is not successfully processed, the $50 fee must be paid in full before any future bookings can be made for first-time clients who have not purchased sessions. For returning clients with packages, the missed appointment will be considered used.

    Clients with three consecutive late cancellations or no-shows may be declined future bookings.

    All products and services are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Upon booking an in-clinic consultation and treatment at Viva La Skin, you will begin with a 15–20 minute consultation with us to review your medical history and discuss your skin concerns, goals, and budget. From there, we will work together to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

  • For clients who are serious about improving their skin, we recommend budgeting approximately $300–$1,000 toward a personalized home-care routine and treatments. For optimal results, a curated regimen is strongly encouraged, as great skin is achieved through consistency, approximately 80% home care and 20% in-clinic treatments. That said, we work with all budgets. If you’re on a lower budget, we’ll start with products that fit your price range and build your treatment plan over time. Investing in your skin is a journey, and we’ll help you take the right steps at your own pace.

  • Book a Consultation if you are a first time client, if you are a returning client and do not know what to book next, please call the office. It is best to book out 3-4 more treatments at the end of your appointment to avoid any confusion.

  • No, your card will not be charged at the time of online booking. All payments for services are made in person at the clinic by debit or cash only. A card is kept on file for security purposes and may only be charged in the event of a no-show, late cancellation, or outstanding balance if there are complications with in-person payment after your treatment.

  • We do our best to run on time, but occasional delays can happen. Please allow up to 5–20 minutes of wait time.

  • To help maintain a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for all clients, we kindly ask that only those receiving services be present in the treatment room. Guests are welcome to wait in our waiting area.
    Clients under 18 may be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment.

  • No, once any product leaves our clinic it cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Preparation instructions are included in your confirmation email. Please scroll to the bottom of the email to review the notes for your specific service prior to your appointment.

  • You can reschedule or cancel your appointment directly through your original confirmation email. Please scroll to the bottom of the email where you’ll find the “Reschedule” or “Cancel Appointment” button and follow the prompts. This option is available up to 48 hours before your appointment.

    Once your appointment is within 48 hours, online rescheduling and cancellation will no longer be available.

    If you can’t find your confirmation email, please text us your full name and the date and time of your appointment, and we will resend your confirmation email so you can follow the same steps.

  • When you arrive, please take a seat in the waiting area and send us a quick text to let us know you’ve arrived. One of our team members will be with you shortly. This helps us stay on schedule while we’re finishing up with other clients.

  • If the building door is locked, it may be because we are working outside of regular building hours. Please call us to let us know you’ve arrived downstairs, and someone will come down to let you in shortly.
