Peptide Perfection Peel Pre & Post Care
Prior To Appointment
Avoid any strong at-home facial treatments or professional exfoliation one week before your appointment.
Avoid excessive sun exposure and wear SPF daily leading up to your treatment.
Wait at least 7 days after receiving any neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, waxing, or laser treatments on the face before scheduling this peel.
Discontinue use of retinoids, Benzoyl Peroxide, AHA/BHAs, glycolic products, peel pads, and any prescription topical skincare 3–5 days prior to treatment.
Arrive with clean skin free of makeup.
After Care
Avoid touching, picking, or exfoliating the skin for several days following treatment.
Use a gentle, hydrating cleanser and moisturizer as recommended by your provider.
Avoid retinoids, acne medications, AHA/BHAs, exfoliating acids, scrubs, enzymes, and other active skincare products for 3–5 days post-treatment.
Avoid excessive heat, saunas, steam rooms, and strenuous exercise for 24 hours to prevent irritation.
Mild redness or sensitivity may occur and typically resolves within 24 hours.
Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily and avoid direct sun exposure. Reapply SPF every 2 hours when outdoors.
Makeup may be applied the following day unless otherwise advised.
Postpone facial waxing, laser treatments, or other exfoliating services for 7 days after treatment.
